Farm Boy’s Feed The Dreams Supports Young Athletes

Ontario’s Farm Boy is helping local young athletes with its annual Feed the Dream grant. The fresh produce store is the official grocer of the 2026 Milano Cortina Olympic Games.

Farm Boy started as a small produce store in 1981. The Feed the Dream grant from Farm Boy is a new initiative designed to help Ontario youth, as it will award two successful applicants and their families $10,000 each. $5,000 in cash will help cover sports-related costs such as equipment, travel, training, and competitions, and the other $5,000 can be used to buy nutritious Farm Boy groceries.

The grant invites nominations for young athletes in Ontario between the ages of 5 and 16 who are actively enrolled in an organized sport within their local community, with parent or guardian consent.

The online application form must be filled out before Feb. 15 with the nominee’s contact information, parental consent, details about the athlete, and an explanation of how the grant would make a difference. The winners of the grant will be announced between March 9 and 13, 2026, and will be featured in local news stories celebrating their accomplishments and community impact.
