Samsung Canada has partnered with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada to support youth with essential supplies and help build a brighter future for young Canadians.

At a recent event, hundreds of Samsung employees came together for the company’s annual Day of Giving volunteer initiative, assembling backpacks filled with more than 1,000 essential school items to help youth across Canada succeed in school and beyond.

Samsung shared that the company remains committed to youth education and to creating a positive impact in local communities. Across the country, hundreds of employees participated in interactive volunteer activities, filling backpacks with school supplies to empower future innovators and support the next generation of leaders.

Michael J. Gyovai, CEO of BGC Peel – Boys and Girls Club, welcomed Samsung’s contribution and said the partnership helps BGC provide safe, supportive spaces where children and youth can experience new opportunities, overcome barriers, and develop confidence and life skills.
