Nanaimo’s EAT Together Lunch Program

A partnership between Nanaimo Foodshare and St. Paul’s Anglican Church is offering free lunch to everyone on Mondays from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. (except on statutory holidays).

Every Monday, the hall at St. Paul’s Anglican Church (100 Chapel St.) welcomes everyone from all socioeconomic backgrounds to gather around the table and enjoy a free, restaurant-style meal. The church also offers takeout options for those who prefer to take their food to go.

The lunch program is run as part of Nanaimo Foodshare’s employment initiative, which engages neurodiverse youth in learning to share their love of cooking in a professional setting. Donations to support the program are welcome, with all proceeds going directly to the Nanaimo Foodshare Society.
