The Sault Ste. Marie Public Library’s North Branch is hosting a family reading challenge in January to encourage families to read together and enter a chance to win free pizza.

The challenge runs from January 5 to 30, and every book or page read counts. Families who take part will be entered into a draw to win one of two gift certificates from Uncle Gino’s Pizzeria.

The association between the Sault Ste. Marie North Branch Library and Uncle Gino’s Pizza is incentivizing families to read together. Families can pick up a reading challenge sheet at the North Branch Library and read any picture books or novels, as the challenge extends to all types of books. For every 10 books read, participants will earn a ballot for a chance to win one of two Uncle Gino’s Pizzeria gift certificates. For more details, call 705-759-5248.
